We are looking for a Domain Architect, with whom we will create progressive products used by thousands of Ukrainians.

Responsibilities

Build the technical architecture of domains of the Fozzy Group eco-system in cooperation with other architects and businesses;
Create a vision and Roadmap of changes to support business transformations in the domain;
Make a technical backlog of improvements for a specific domain, working with technical debt;
Create High-Level Architecture (HLA) documents for Baseline and Target states;
Create Transition plans and cooperation with project managers to transform them into Programs;
Work with Enterprise Architect to coordinate and agree on the directions of efforts;
Coordinate and support the work of Solution and Technical Architects within projects;
Help the Product Owner in project planning (ROM, risks, NFR, etc.);
Keep the knowledge about products and their architecture;
Identification of the need for refactoring to ensure performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security of solutions within the domain;
Invest your knowledge and experience in the success of products;

Requirements

3+ years in love with IT within experience as an architect
Experience in complex business transformations
Engineering work experience and thorough understanding of SDLC for both back-end and front-end systems (.Net stacks, Node.js, PHP, Web-development, Mobile-development, SQL, NoSQL, etc.) within various architectural approaches (n-tier, monolith, microservices, micro-frontends, event-based, etc.);
Knowledge of On-Prem and Cloud-based development approaches; Good understanding of cloud (AWS) technologies and how new technologies can be used to improve our platforms and solutions;
Quality - as a top priority;
Cost-effectiveness - as a "mantra";
Experience and understanding of building systems that are scalable and ready for loads;
Practical skills in optimization, renovation, and refactoring of existing systems;
Experience in documenting architecture, and designing within the framework of relevant frameworks and notations (UML, C4, TOGAF, DoDAF, ITIL, 4+1, etc.).

Nice to Have

Experience in organizing or co-founding startups
Building systems for HR domains
Experience in working with SAP HCM
Experience in working with CornerStone
