About the Position

Domain Lead Integration

As Domain Lead Integration, you are accountable for presales, technical delivery excellence, and domain growth within Codit's Integration domain. You combine deep expertise in Azure Integration Services and enterprise integration with strong leadership and customer-facing skills. You act as a trusted advisor for customers, a mentor for colleagues, and a technical leader within Codit.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities including workshops, assessments, estimations, PoCs, demos, and solution shaping.
• Translate customer challenges into solution architectures, technical proposals, and delivery approaches.
• Support account teams in opportunity development, positioning, and closure.
• Define and evolve Codit's Integration vision, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Ensure solutions are architected according to best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, and observability.
• Guide architects and delivery teams on complex integration engagements.
• Align customer roadmaps with Codit's delivery and operational capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and strategic partners.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues, and drive competency growth within the Integration domain.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and community activities.
• Take up billable architecture activities where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in integration and cloud architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Functions).
• Knowledge of integration patterns, API-led architectures, event-driven architectures, and hybrid integration.
• Experience leading workshops, solution assessments, and technical pre-sales engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English, both towards technical and business stakeholders.
• The ability to align technical strategy with customer and business objectives.
• A coaching mindset and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.
