For our client – a bank collaborating with IKEA stores, we are seeking individuals interested in a role focused on customer service related to installment service and the sale of banking products within the store.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing sales results through active sales approaches, in line with the values of Ikano Bank AB and IKEA.
• Personal development through a desire to enhance professional qualifications, broaden knowledge, and work on self-improvement.
• Actively engaging in building long-term and effective cooperation with IKEA.
• Providing substantive support to in-store sellers regarding installment purchases.
• Ensuring efficient, uninterrupted, and friendly customer service for IKEA clients, aiming for satisfaction and building long-term and fulfilling relationships with customers, in accordance with the regulations of Ikano Bank AB and IKEA.

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the financial sector (welcome)
• Minimum secondary education
• Communicative level of English
• Ease in establishing contacts and high personal culture
• Responsible approach
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge
• Ability to work in a group

• Temporary employment contract until 31.12 (with the possibility of extending cooperation)
