About the Position

Doradca_czyni Klienta Biznesowego

Location: Wadowice, Poland

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop the client portfolio by actively acquiring companies within the specified revenue segment (10 - 80 million PLN annually).
  • Build long-term, partnership-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring product offerings.
  • Engage with clients to listen to their needs and present customized solutions ranging from current financing to liquidity management and non-banking products.
  • Execute the sales plan (credits, leasing, factoring, cash management, FM, and innovative non-banking products).
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintain the quality and profitability of your client portfolio.
  • Prepare batches and recommendations for creditworthiness assessment and credit monitoring processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Mobile with a valid category B driver's license.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on achieving individual results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
