About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Advisor to join our team in Zielona Góra. We create a cohesive team that supports companies in developing their businesses every day. We enjoy what we do – meetings with clients where we build trust-based relationships and seek solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities

Develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from the designated segment (revenues up to 80 million PLN annually)
Build a high-value portfolio – acquire new relationships and simultaneously develop cooperation with existing clients
Establish long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership
Ensure the achievement of sales goals in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and solutions outside traditional banking
Work as a team – collaborate with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams, ensuring the high quality of the entire process

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in selling banking products and services to the medium-sized business segment
Higher education (economics or related field preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
Experience in actively acquiring new clients
Actively use a category B driver's license
Enjoy working with people – easily build relationships and know how effective teamwork looks in practice
Highly developed interpersonal skills – able to diagnose and identify client needs, conduct negotiations, and effectively apply sales techniques
