We are seeking a Corporate Leasing Advisor to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland, focusing on building and maintaining valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term and partnership relationships with clients based on understanding their needs and creating appropriate solutions.
• Prepare batches and recommendations for creditworthiness assessment and monitoring processes in the bank for the leasing product with attention to the quality of the material provided.
• Systematically ensure the saturation of the portfolio of Business and Corporate Clients with the leasing product.
• Ensure the profitability and quality of the assigned portfolio.
• Provide expert support to advisors in daily business tasks related to the key product, which is leasing.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate – you will be working closely with advisors in the bank, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of the leasing product and basic issues related to financial analysis and creditworthiness assessment processes – previous experience and success in this area are considered a significant advantage.
• Experience in working with business and/or corporate clients in a leasing company.
• Achievement of set business goals with attention to the client experience.
• Brave in seeking and building contacts.
• Characterized by independence and initiative – we value mutual inspiration within the Office and Region.
• Higher education (economic preferred).
• Active driver's license category B.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (min. B1) and Polish at an advanced level (min. C1).
