About the Role
As a Lecturer (w/m/d) for payroll and salary accounting with DATEV at our retraining location, you will guide our participants on their path to learning success and impart practical and in-depth expertise in a modern online learning environment.
Your tasks will include:
- Teaching the practical basics of payroll and salary accounting within a 6-week online course.
- Continuously updating and developing teaching materials and independently designing the didactic flow of your courses.
- Creating practical exercises and sample solutions and supporting our participants in sustainably consolidating their knowledge.
- Acting as a competent and empathetic contact person, guiding our participants from course start to successful completion and supporting them with technical and organizational questions related to their daily learning.
Note: The position is initially limited to 12 months – with the prospect of long-term cooperation.
Requirements
What you bring
- Degree or studies in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Very good knowledge of DATEV.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and solid expertise in payroll and salary accounting.
- A high degree of initiative, empathy, and communication skills.
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing.
- Availability in the morning from Monday to Friday.
What would be a plus
- AEVO certificate (AdA), Train the Trainer, or a comparable vocational pedagogical qualification.
- Experience with Lexware.
- Experience in the conception and implementation of training or teaching events.
