About the Position
Driver Operations Coordinator/Associate (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities
- Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure that deliveries are out and track shipments according to clients’ requirements
- Partnering with the driver operations team to coordinate logistics personnel (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements for projects
- Preparing EOD reports and invoices when required for clients and the local team
- Arranging same-day deliveries for events and projects
- Attending to clients' requests and assisting with claims for additional charges
- Assisting with sorting and packing whenever necessary
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with G-Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5-day work week, must be able to commit 1 weekend
- Must be able to commit to Evening Shift (1pm - 10pm)
