About the Position

Dual Studies - Business Administration / Digital Business (B.A.)

We are looking for a motivated student to join PASSION4IT GmbH in a dual studies program focusing on Business Administration and Digital Business. Engage with AI projects, marketing, and digital campaigns in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

AI & amaiko (70%)

• Support amaiko customers during onboarding, answer questions, and help with troubleshooting.
• Test new features, give structured feedback, and document your results.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials for our customers.
• Contribute to the PASSION4IT Academy: course content on AI topics, learn nuggets, and quality assurance (platform: TalentLMS).
• Research AI use cases for mid-market customers and prepare workshops.
• Configure and test prototypes in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Teams integrations, Copilot) - with guidance.

Marketing (30%)

• Write blog posts, case studies, and whitepaper teasers for PASSION4IT and amaiko.
• Concept and produce social media posts (LinkedIn, X, optionally Instagram).
• Support digital campaigns (email, social ads, landing pages) and keep the content calendar tidy.
• Report KPIs: reach, engagement, performance.

About the Company

PASSION4IT is a consulting and project partner for Digital Work, business efficiency, and AI in the mid-market. Not a classic system integrator - we combine consulting, delivery, and product development. Alongside customer projects, we are building amaiko, an AI buddy for Microsoft 365 inside Teams. 16 employees, startup spirit, mid-market reliability.

Compensation

• Salary: €12,000 – €14,440 per year gross
• Working Time: 3 days/week at the company (~20 hours), 2 days at university
• Compensation: Increasing per semester
• Tuition Fees: Fully covered by PASSION4IT
• Equipment: Current notebook, Microsoft 365 incl. amaiko
