We are looking for a motivated individual to join Diehl Aerospace as a Dualer Student in Industrial Business Management. This role combines theoretical learning with practical experience in various departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of business operations within our technology company.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 3-year Duales Studium to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Business Management.
- Study in a three-month rotation in collaboration with the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Ravensburg (more details can be found at www.ravensburg.dhbw.de).
- Connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience in our technology company, enhancing your business competencies and skills.
- Rotate through our commercial departments such as Human Resources, Controlling, Financial Accounting, Sales, and Purchasing.
- Learn about planning, organization, and communication, and support us in challenging projects during your studies.
Requirements
- You have a good general or subject-specific high school diploma and ideally have already gained experience through internships in the commercial sector.
- You possess a strong ability to think across topics combined with enthusiasm for complex business relationships.
- You are characterized by initiative, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
- Good English skills in speech and writing as well as experience with MS Office complete your profile.
