What to Expect / Your Training
The growing demand for industrial services and increasing requirements for the availability of systems and machines are leading to a significant professionalization of service and maintenance in many companies.
In line with the objectives of service engineering, the study contents cover a wide range of topics from engineering sciences, business administration, maintenance and service-specific technical and methodological knowledge, as well as special key qualifications such as communication, conflict management, and languages.
The study lasts 3 years.
Your theoretical phases are at the DHBW Mannheim. The practical phases at ZwickRoell in Ulm Einsingen, or at our location in Haan.
During one of the practical phases, you will be deployed at another ZwickRoell location abroad, but we also support a semester abroad during a theoretical phase.
Your Profile
- General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
- Strong interest in technical and business-related topics
- Good understanding of technology and languages
- Communication skills and sociability
