About the Role
You will start a dual study in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales in cooperation with the HSBA at our location in Hamburg on October 1, 2027. During your studies, you will gain in-depth business knowledge that you will apply directly in practice. Your practical phases will primarily involve working in Marketing and Sales, but you will also get to know the areas of Consulting, HR, Accounting, and Business Development, and learn how our departments work together. Depending on your personal strengths, you will take on your own tasks from the beginning and participate in our projects. After successfully completing your studies, you have the opportunity to be taken on as a permanent employee at bpc. With individual mentoring, we will accompany your start and support you in getting settled in our team.
Your Skills - What Sets You Apart
- A very good to good high school diploma and fulfillment of the admission requirements of the HSBA.
- Interest in business relationships, especially in the areas of Marketing and Sales.
- Careful work with numbers, data, or texts and a desire to learn how to evaluate and present information clearly.
- Organized approach to tasks, bringing your own ideas and asking for support when needed.
- Enjoy working in a team and are curious about the topics of SAP consulting.
- Enjoy communicating and exchanging ideas with different people.
- Very good German skills at C1 level.
