This program offers hands-on experience across various departments, including purchasing, sales, marketing, HR, finance, controlling, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience by rotating through different departments.
- Actively participate in daily operations, taking on independent tasks and supporting projects.
Requirements
- Strong interest in commercial activities and economic contexts.
- General or vocational high school diploma with a university aptitude test.
- Basic proficiency in common MS Office applications.
- Good English language skills.
- Meticulous, responsible work ethic with a high willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
