kubus IT, a leading IT service provider for the AOK health insurance funds in Bavaria, Saxony, and Thuringia, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. With over 700 colleagues, we ensure the IT operations for 17,000 AOK users across three federal states. Our services range from technical system operations and application support to consulting and development.

Responsibilities

• Praxisphasen: Work in the IT department of AOK Bayern and AOK PLUS
• Dienstort: Bayreuth or Nürnberg
• Theoriephasen: Study at the Technical University of Nuremberg or Hof University
• Studienabschluss: Bachelor of Science
• Studiendauer: 3.5 years
• Start Vorpraktikum: 01.09.2027
• Studienbeginn: 01.10.2027

During your studies, you will gain knowledge in core areas of computer science such as programming, software development, networks, databases, and IT security. You will apply and deepen this knowledge through practical assignments in various departments.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge in the design, development, deployment, and testing of IT systems and applications.
• Gain experience in software development and system administration.
• Support users with IT-related questions, analyze errors and disruptions, and work on sustainable solutions and their documentation.
• Plan and implement IT projects in a team and shape operational processes.
• Learn modern working methods and take on increasingly independent tasks in an agile work environment.

You will receive personal support throughout your studies and work in committed teams that are technically and professionally well-equipped and always ready to support you.

Requirements

• You have completed your (advanced) high school diploma with good grades or are about to finish your schooling.
• You particularly enjoy the subjects of mathematics, computer science, and German.
• You have good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• You are passionate about the IT industry and have a strong sense of technical relationships.
• You bring initiative, willingness to learn, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy interacting with people and working in a team with other young professionals.
