• 💭 Guide members on using our platform and enjoying all its features.
• 📊 Collect and share feedback from customers to help us continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, particularly in a digital or streaming environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for entertainment, especially movies and series!
