Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Mastery in Dutch grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- Challenging advanced language models on various linguistic aspects
- Documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning
- A master’s or PhD in Dutch language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication
We Offer
- Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
- Work as a contractor with the flexibility to supply your own secure computer and high-speed internet
- Note: Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply
