Responsibilities

As a Dutch Team Leader, you will oversee and inspire a team of Dutch-speaking professionals to deliver outstanding performance. Your role will include:

• 👥 Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• 📊 Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• 🗣 Communication: Foster open and effective communication within your team and with other departments.
• 🔧 Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues and client concerns in a timely manner.
• 📚 Training & Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills and career growth.
• 🎯 Goal Setting: Set clear objectives and expectations for team members, aligning with company goals.

Requirements

We seek a proactive and experienced leader who meets the following criteria:

• 📚 Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 💼 Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.
• 🧠 Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive team success.
