About the Position

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Product Manager to lead enhancements, manage the product lifecycle, and drive user experience in Birmingham, England.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continuous enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE by gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product improvements.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from backlog management to release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Champion user experience, driving adoption through effective communication, training support, and iterative optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and ongoing product evolution.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret business processes, identify gaps, and define practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, align, and support diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery.
