Description
You will develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and technical requirements. The role includes building custom functionality using plugins, workflows, and integrations, and implementing solutions with Dataverse and the Power Platform. You will troubleshoot, test, deploy, and maintain changes across development, test, and production environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Design and implement custom functionalities, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Work with Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using APIs and integration mechanisms
- Analyze existing solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve stability and performance
- Collaborate with CRM Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business users
- Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance across development, test, and production environments
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and development standards
Requirements
- Professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET, with practical experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom components
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, workflows, business rules, and CRM customization
- Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and web technologies used for Dynamics 365 customizations
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Power Platform familiarity (Power Automate and Power Apps) is an advantage
- Understanding of CRM implementation processes, including development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Good communication skills, analytical approach, and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
