Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP programs. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, financial accountability, and people management capabilities with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving execution excellence, managing delivery risks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading distributed teams across complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, transformation, modernization, migration, and support programs
• Own program execution, delivery governance, planning, and operational management
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Establish delivery frameworks, reporting processes, and performance metrics
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution architecture, and delivery plans
• Drive successful collaboration across architects, consultants, engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive-level communications
• Support account growth, customer success, and long-term partnership development
• Define and execute delivery strategies for large-scale ERP engagements
• Implement delivery best practices, quality controls, and governance standards
• Manage change requests, project health indicators, and escalation processes
• Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies and quality requirements
• Lead distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
• Perform resource planning, staffing, mentoring, coaching, and performance management activities
• Support competency development and professional growth of delivery team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, program management, or project management roles
• 3+ years of experience leading Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics AX, or ERP transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management business processes
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery for enterprise implementations
• Proven stakeholder and executive management experience
• Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking, forecasting, and margin management
• Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure
• Dynamics 365 or Microsoft certifications
• Pre-sales, estimation, and solution shaping experience
• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Logistics domains
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
