Dynamics 365 ERP Solution Architect

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP Solution Architect to join our Microsoft Business Applications practice. In this role, you will drive architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale digital transformation programs based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology leaders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions supporting complex business processes across finance, supply chain, human resources, operations, and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations / AX)
• Define target architecture, integration strategy, application landscape, and technical roadmaps
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Create architecture blueprints, standards, governance models, and technical documentation
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and conduct architecture reviews
• Guide engineering teams on implementation best practices and technical decision-making
• Define data migration, integration, security, scalability, and performance strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and executive sponsors
• Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and proposal development
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development initiatives
• Demonstrate end-to-end architectural ownership and accountability
• Influence strategic technology decisions and transformation initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks proactively
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership
• Drive collaboration across business and technology organizations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise business applications and ERP solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / Dynamics AX
• Proven experience architecting large-scale D365 Finance & Operations solutions
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations processes
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and distributed solution architectures
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration strategies and challenges
• Experience engaging with third-party vendors and external technology partners
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture principles
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed delivery teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, or Insurance domains
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
• Experience with AI-enabled business process automation and Copilot technologies
• Pre-sales, consulting, and advisory experience
