Dynamics 365 F&O Expert (m/f/d)

Poland – Wrocław / hybrid

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Expert to join our team in Wrocław, Poland, focusing on finance module configuration and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the automation, security, and efficiency of deploying operating systems and applications, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
• Capture business needs, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement and fine-tune Finance and Billing modules to align with best practices and compliance standards.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure clear communication between teams.
• Support e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, and integration with SCM and HR processes.
• Validate solutions during SIT/UAT, train end-users, and recommend enhancements post-go-live.

Requirements

• 8+ years of functional experience in D365 F&O (or AX + D365 upgrade experience).
• Proven track record in Finance module configuration and billing processes.
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management.
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and service invoicing.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310 / MB-920).
• Ability to conduct FIT-GAP analysis and propose best-fit solutions.
• Proactive approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance Systems & Integration.
• Familiarity with e-Invoicing and statutory reporting.
