Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Project Manager (Customer Engagement) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 CE projects, from initiation through to closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, architects, and QA
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans
  • Report project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery process

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
  • Strong understanding of processes within the D365 platform regarding CE modules
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional, and multi-national teams
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantage
  • Readiness for occasional business travel is a plus
