About the Position
Dynamics F&O Supply Chain Consultant
Sweden, Multiple Locations Across Sweden
Salary: SEK 720,000 to SEK 720,000 per year

We are currently hiring for a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant or Architect (Finance or Supply Chain) to join a leading Microsoft Partner in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-level D365 F&O projects, delivering tailored ERP solutions for top-tier clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O Supply Chain implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements across supply chain processes.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and solution architecture within D365 F&O.
- Configure and customize SCM modules including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
- Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities (UAT, SIT).
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
- Experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance or SCM (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, or Transportation Management).
- Expertise in solution design, implementation, and configuration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Knowledge of Data Migration and Integrations, including REST APIs and Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
