About the Position

We are looking for a Director of Comprehensive Diagnostics Center for Longevity+ to manage a modern medical facility, develop diagnostic and medical services, and build the highest quality and patient experience standards. This role is for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with effective operational management, efficiently manage the team and finances, and successfully develop medical activities based on patient needs and market requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Comprehensive Diagnostics Center's activities and achieving operational, quality, financial, and development goals.
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the facility and continuity of service provision.
• Supervising the organization and functioning of Primary Health Care, including accessibility and quality of services.
• Managing administrative staff and coordinating cooperation with medical staff.
• Building an organizational culture focused on quality, efficiency, and patient needs.
• Overseeing the quality of services, service standards, and patient experience.
• Collaborating with the National Health Fund and supervising the implementation of contracts, services, and billing processes.
• Responsible for the Center's budget, cost control, and effective resource utilization.
• Developing the Center's offerings by launching new medical, diagnostic, and preventive services.
• Supervising the organization of diagnostic processes and optimizing the patient care pathway.
• Analyzing key performance indicators and preparing recommendations and reports for the Management Board.
• Coordinating actions in crisis situations and ensuring the continuity of the Center's operations.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a medical facility, medical center, clinic, or other healthcare unit.
• Practical knowledge of the healthcare system and the specifics of Primary Health Care (POZ).
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and obligations that a medical entity must fulfill.
• Experience in managing teams and organizing staff work.
• Ability to manage budget, costs, and operational processes.
• Ability to analyze data and business indicators and make decisions based on analysis results.
• Experience in planning and implementing development activities.
• Independence, decisiveness, and responsibility in action.
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build effective cooperation with medical, administrative, and external partners.
• Focus on patient care, quality of services, and organizational development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cooperation with the National Health Fund.
• Experience in developing new medical, diagnostic, or preventive services.
• Experience in implementing investment or development projects in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of medical diagnostics processes.
