For our client, a leader in the steel industry, we are looking for candidates for the position:
Production Director – Steel Industry
Work locations: Tychy, Gliwice, Katowice
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of the production department – steel industry
- Preparation of detailed production plans and supervision of the process
- Optimization of production processes
- Creation and management of the production department budget
- Implementation of new production management methods
- Responsibility for ensuring the high quality of manufactured products
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Professional experience in a relevant position
- Experience in organizing work and managing a subordinate team
- Knowledge in budget creation and management
- Ability to plan and manage production processes
- High level of interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of English is welcome
