We are seeking a Director of Business Banking Center in Zielona Góra, Poland to lead our corporate client team.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy for the Business Banking Center (corporate companies with annual revenues between 10 million and 80 million PLN) and ensure the unit's performance.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, developing relationships with key companies.
• Oversee the credit process, coordinating the actions of advisors and collaborating teams, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Make credit decisions within the assigned level of responsibility.
• Manage the sales team, motivating, developing competencies, and setting goals.
• Monitor credit risk, collaborating with the risk department to assess the creditworthiness of companies.
• Report results, preparing analyses and reports for superiors.
• Collaborate with other bank units.

Requirements

• Higher education preferred in finance, banking, economics, or management.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, including several years in a managerial position with credit decision responsibility.
• Knowledge of corporate credit products such as investment, revolving credits, credit lines, and structured financing.
• Understanding of risk management, credit assessment procedures, and KNF regulations.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to acquire large clients.
• Results-oriented and business development-focused, achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Familiarity with banking systems and analytical tools such as CRM and scoring systems.
• High managerial competencies, successfully building and managing teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
