E-Commerce Specialist – Polish Market (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Managing and strategically developing our Polish marketplaces, including Allegro and Amazon
• Maintaining and data-driven optimization of our Polish online shop, including A+ Content and visual assets
• Regular analysis of sales, product range, and performance KPIs to derive actionable measures
• Developing and implementing market-oriented and margin-focused pricing strategies
• Planning and managing targeted marketing campaigns and sponsored ads in close cooperation with the marketing team
• Coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting customer service activities for the Polish market

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business, economics, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, particularly on Polish online marketplaces
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong digital affinity and openness to AI-supported ways of working
• Fluent Polish and good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset and the motivation to actively contribute to WEICON's success
