Responsibilities

• Responsible for the electrical hardware design of special machinery like electrical wiring, electrical cabinets, PLC connection, motion system, and fieldbus systems.
• Provide electrical concepts to the sales department.
• Define electrical components and release BOM to the purchase department.
• Analyze the risk of the station, design safety circuits, and provide safety solutions.
• Familiar with the test and hydraulic principles, design the electrical circuit.
• Follow the EMC standard and solve the EMC problem in the station.
• Investigate in the Chinese market for localization solutions.
• Support for the assembly and tryout phase.
• Customer contact for developing optimized and customized solutions.
• Close cooperation with BOSCH lead plants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrics, electronics, or automation, with good knowledge in automation control systems.
• Experience in E-hardware design using eCAD software tools.
• Above 3 years’ E-hardware design experience by eCAD or E-plan in the special machinery industry.
• Basic understanding of special machinery; knowledge of low voltage components.
• Good communication skills and team-cooperation spirit.
• Good English skills both in written and oral.
• E-hardware design projects for the automotive industry are preferred; fieldbus systems, pneumatic system, machine safety, servo system, or EMC experience is preferred.
