[EAE] Software Project Manager – Japanese Speaking (Joining Bonus)

About the Position

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions. We are currently seeking a Software Project Manager – Japanese Speaking with a joining bonus for our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and other stakeholders for the software part of the product from acquisition phase until final release
• Manage the project schedule and deliverables within defined Q-C-D
• Analyze customer requirements, clarify and document with the support of the development team
• Issue development requests to developers and track the progress
• Develop the team and provide feedback to associates as needed
• Lead the project team to solve problems during software development to ensure delivery milestones and quality
• Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Automotive Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development
• Strong skills in project management and risk management
• Knowledge of microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Strong understanding of the V-model development process
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Great project leadership and teamwork spirit
• Fluent in Japanese Speaking

Nice to Have

• Exposure in the Automotive Industry with knowledge about In-Vehicle Communication, Cybersecurity, Functional Safety
• PMP certificate or equivalent
