About the Position
We are seeking an EAM Migration Lead with over 10 years of experience in EAM/ERP transformation and data migration programs to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EAM data migration projects.
- Utilize tools such as DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, and ETL pipelines.
- Handle multi-cycle migrations, mock/rehearsal loads, data validation, and production cutover.
- Translate business requirements into data migration rules, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Coordinate with business, functional, technical, and data teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in EAM data migration, covering SAP PM/S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM.
- Hands-on expertise with DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, ETL pipelines, or similar data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of Asset Master Data, Maintenance Master Data, Work Management, Inventory, and Materials.
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and migration.
- Strong understanding of EAM processes including Asset Lifecycle, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Lifecycle, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Inventory & Parts Management.
- Experience with fit-gap analysis, data quality assessment, and global/template rollouts.
- Ability to lead migration activities and coordinate with business, functional, technical, and data teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EAM/ERP transformation and data migration programs.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, Oracle EBS, or IBM Maximo migrations.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end migration workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
- Relevant certifications in SAP PM/EAM, Oracle, or data migration tools are preferred but not mandatory.
