Responsibilities

Join the Early Career Booster in the Account Manager track. You will be responsible for:

  • Building, managing, and growing relationships with partners.
  • Acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success.
  • Using data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Partners through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Understanding Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Analyzing data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability.
  • Driving rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu/catalog optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet Partners' needs.

Requirements

What You Will Bring to the Ride:

  • Completed your degree in the past 18 months with strong academic results or you will graduate in the next 6 months.
  • Academic degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a natural flair for building partnerships.
  • Analytical, logical thinker with sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven - learning Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics doesn’t scare you.
  • Can lead a project and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English + Polish.
  • Eligible to work in Warsaw.
  • Available to start a full-time permanent role between April and September 2026.
