About the Position
East Coast Inside Account Executive
Murano Software is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced East Coast Inside Account Executive to join our team. This is a fully remote role, and we are looking for candidates in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
The client is a leading American company in the digital billing services and payment solutions sector for the insurance industry, with a rich history dating back to the 1950s. They have evolved from a family-built general agency to a leader in premium financing, software, and business process outsourcing for the property and casualty insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Focus on building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, specifically retail insurance agents, to drive sales and contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
- Strategic Outreach: Employ strategic outreach efforts, leveraging industry knowledge, and maintaining effective communication to qualify leads and close deals.
- Engage with Prospects: Engage daily with prospects via phone and email, qualify leads, and conduct outreach.
- Stay Informed: Stay sharp on trends and become the trusted expert clients rely on.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive smart growth strategies within the CRM and database.
- Reporting: Report to the Manager of Business Development on pipeline progress (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and celebrate your wins.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of proven work experience as a SDE, AE (Account Executive), BDE (Business Development Executive), Hunter Sales Executive, or Growth/Commercial Account Executive (experience in premium financing sectors is preferred).
- Skills:
- Impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot or Salesforce) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hunger to learn, grow, and exceed goals
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience in direct sourcing and prospecting new clients
- Experience selling to insurance agents or carriers
Performance
The performance of the Inside Account Executive will be evaluated based on their effectiveness in meeting the following KPIs on an ongoing basis:
- Generate 6 new Retail Insurance Agency Clients monthly
