About the Position
ルネサスは、日本におけるEDA（Electronic Design Automation）インフラエンジニアを募集しています。Linux、サーバー、ストレージに特化したインフラ運用および技術サポートを提供していただきます。
Responsibilities
EDAインフラの運用および技術サポート：
- 半導体設計・開発を支えるLinuxベースのサーバー、ストレージおよび関連インフラの運用・改善を行う。
- 日本のエンジニアリングチーム、既存のインフラ担当者、外部パートナーと連携し、技術課題や運用上の課題の解決を支援する。
- EDAインフラに関する運用移管、標準化および継続的な改善活動を推進する。
ステークホルダーおよびベンダーとの連携：
- 日本国内の利用部門、インフラ担当者、ベンダーおよび販売代理店との調整を行う。
- 日本語および英語で状況、課題および対応方針を関係者へ共有する。
- 必要に応じてハードウェアの見積取得、投資申請、発注および関連プロセスを支援する。
Requirements
MUST:
- 武蔵事業所でのオンサイト業務および関係者との直接調整が可能であること
- Linux/Unixサーバー環境の構築、運用またはトラブルシューティング経験
- サーバー、ストレージおよび関連インフラに関する基礎知識
- 複数のステークホルダー（利用部門、インフラ担当者、ベンダー等）と連携し、課題解決を推進できる能力
- 英語によるメールおよび技術文書の読解ができること
- 流暢な日本語（ビジネスレベル）
- 基礎的な英語力（メール・読解；会議のサポートができると尚可）
WANT:
- EDA（Electronic Design Automation）またはHPC環境に関する知識や運用経験
- 物理サーバー、ストレージ、データセンター環境に関する実務経験
- ハードウェアの構成検討、見積取得、調達または投資管理に関する経験
- 外部ベンダーやパートナーとの調整経験
- 運用改善、標準化、業務移管またはプロセス改善の経験
