Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in both English and French on real-world education scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field
• Fluency in French
• Experience in classroom or curriculum development
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital learning environments
• Clear, metacognitive communication

Nice to Have

• Experience in French-speaking education systems
• Expertise in instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, and inclusive teaching

• Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
