Einkäufer (m/w/d) - Operativer Einkauf & Lieferantenmanagement

Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des operativen Einkaufs für definierte Warengruppen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
- Auswahl, Bewertung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen
- Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung fundierter Preis- und Wertanalysen
- Prüfung, Verhandlung und Bewertung von Lieferantenverträgen einschließlich der Sicherstellung vertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferantenreklamationen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotenzialen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Beschaffungskosten
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Lieferantenmanagement und Unterstützung beim Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Einkaufsprozesse und der Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Einkauf, idealerweise im operativen und strategischen Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Grundlagen im Einkauf und Vertragswesen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein kollegiales, kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten

Onboarding
Welcome to MPDV. Our onboarding program starts about four weeks before your first day. We will ask for a personal profile to introduce you internally within the MPDV Group. On your first day, you will start with onboarding at our headquarters in Mosbach. Our goal is for new colleagues to get a good overview of MPDV and feel like part of the team from day one. We begin with a company presentation and answer all HR-related questions, such as working hours, time tracking, or internal structures. This is followed by a tour of the company, where we provide all work materials and accesses, and we have lunch together. Of course, new employees will also get to know their new colleagues on that day. Now it's official: Welcome to the MPDV Group team!
