Einrichter (m/w/d) im Bereich Stanz-/Biege- und Folgeverbundwerkzeuge

Responsibilities
- Rüsten, Einrichten und Optimieren von Stanz-, Biege- und Folgeverbundwerkzeugen auf unseren Maschinen (z. B. RM40, GRM80E, MC42, MC82, BM1500, RM-NC, GRM-NC)
- Sicherstellung der Maschinenfähigkeit und Produktionsqualität
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion
- Durchführung von Maßkontrollen mit gängigen Prüfmitteln sowie Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung
- Beseitigung von Störungen und Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion und dem Werkzeugbau zur Optimierung der Werkzeuge
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Einrichten von Stanz-/Biege- oder Folgeverbundwerkzeugen
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Prüfmitteln
- Kenntnisse in der Prozessoptimierung und Fehleranalyse
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
