Ejecutivo Call Center

About the Position

We are seeking an Ejecutivo Call Center to join our team and increase company revenue through the contact center.

Responsibilities

• Access B2C markets and establish commercial relationships to increase company revenue and meet sales goals.
• Identify business opportunities in the market to offer the company's portfolio services and all business areas.
• Ensure compliance with business management indicators.
• Control the sales process in an organized manner, keeping customer information updated in the CRM and in the management systems of each sales-related process.

Requirements

• Education: Technician, Technologist, or University Professional in fields related to the sector.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in telephone sales of intangibles and/or tangibles. Experience in customer service in Call Center for at least 1 year is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in sales and customer service.

We Offer

• Salary: $1,800,000 + commissions and all legal benefits.
• Variable compensation based on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Benefits: Company benefits + commissions according to the commercial policy.

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays.
• Type of contract: By task or labor.
