Responsibilities
- Ser el punto de contacto principal para el cliente en el día a día, gestionando sus solicitudes y asegurando respuestas rápidas y eficientes.
- Gestionar los proyectos de principio a fin, coordinando al equipo interno (Creatividad, Estrategia, Medios) para cumplir con los plazos y objetivos.
- Elaborar briefs, presentaciones, timings y reportes de estado para mantener a todos alineados.
- Dar seguimiento a la producción de las campañas y asegurar que la calidad final esté a la altura de lo esperado.
- Apoyar al equipo de Cuentas senior en la planificación estratégica y la detección de nuevas oportunidades para nuestros clientes.
Requirements
- Un/a profesional recién egresado/a o con hasta 2 años de experiencia en agencias de publicidad o áreas de marketing.
- Una persona extremadamente organizada, proactiva y con una increíble atención al detalle.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales, para construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y el equipo.
- Curiosidad y ganas de aprender sobre el negocio de nuestros clientes y el mundo de la publicidad.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas a la vez sin perder la calma y siempre con una actitud positiva y resolutiva.
