Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with potential clients, develop strategies, and close sales
• Contact potential clients who have shown interest in Odoo
• Convert leads into opportunities
• Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to create a value proposition between Odoo and the client
• Create and manage a network with a diverse group of clients in different regions
• Follow up on accounts for 9 months after closing deals
• Follow up on clients and each of their implementation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher verifiable studies
• Passion for software products
• 0-2 years of sales experience (Recent graduates welcome)
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Spanish writing and speaking skills
• Intermediate to advanced English level

Nice to Have

• Experience and/or knowledge of ERP or SaaS systems
• Immediate availability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Extroverted personality
• Ability to explain complex concepts with simple words
• Adaptable to new methodologies
