We are looking for an IT Services Quality Control Expert for mobile and fixed communication in Kyiv to focus on network quality metrics and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Planning the list of key quality indicators for IT services in mobile and fixed business. Monitoring the achievement of network quality goals for mobile and fixed business
• Analyzing customer complaints about the quality of the mobile and fixed business network, developing measures to eliminate the causes of customer complaints
• Operational control of quality indicators by regions/regions, analysis of network and IT incidents in mobile and fixed business
• Accounting, monitoring, and analysis of the total number of incidents on the network and subsidiaries, preparation of reports on the number and timeliness of incident resolution
• Accounting and calculation of SLA for network-related incidents
• Cross-functional interaction with departments regarding the causes and means of fulfilling or not fulfilling SLA and the impact of such incidents on KPI performance

Requirements

• Higher education
• Proficiency in modern network and information technologies, mastery of statistical tools
• Knowledge of quality management methodology in the telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI visualization tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, system thinking, attention to detail, excellent presentation skills
• Ability to quickly solve problems, openness to new ideas and initiatives, focus on customer needs
