About the Position

Form of employment: employment contract
Location: Warsaw, ul. Puławska 2 (hybrid work - 2 days from the office)

Our team specializes in creating innovative financial products and designing financing processes for corporate clients. We are responsible for comprehensive solutions that support the development of corporate banking, ensuring the highest quality standards. In our work, we combine business knowledge with technology – we closely cooperate with risk, operations, and IT departments to deliver effective, modern, and secure solutions. A key element of our activity is identifying customer needs, designing innovative solutions, and implementing processes that enable our clients to use the best solutions on the market. Responsibilities
- Designing and developing leasing processes for business clients, including onboarding, application, scoring, decisions, and after-sales service
- Preparing business requirements, process specifications, process maps, functional documentation
- Collaborating with the IT team on creating or improving decision modules, workflows, integration with external systems (e.g., BIK, economic registers)
- Collaborating with departments: Credit Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Legal, Marketing - full support from concept to implementation
- Analyzing data and process efficiency: decision time, quality, risk indicators, sales efficiency, manual handling level
- Participating in optimization and automation projects - reducing costs and manual work, developing scoring and decisioning
- Supporting the creation of sales materials, internal communication, and customer education (guides, training, service processes)
- Monitoring market, regulatory, and technological changes related to leasing and credit financing
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in: credit processes, leasing, corporate financing, B2B sales, or Product Management in a bank/fintech
- Practical knowledge of credit analysis processes, business customer onboarding, scoring, AML/KYC - experience in credit decision automation projects is a plus
- Ability to create business documentation, process maps, requirements, product backlog
- Experience in working with IT teams and implementation projects - preference for individuals with real involvement in building credit or leasing systems
- Ability to work with data, analyze process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and lead projects, including communication between business and technology
