Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit risk assessments for business clients and evaluate transaction risks.
  • Make credit decisions within assigned competencies or participate in the decision-making process.
  • Prepare justifications for credit decisions based on financial, industry, and quality analysis.
  • Collaborate with advisors, risk, and operations in the end-to-end credit process.
  • Participate in client portfolio monitoring and risk identification.
  • Support the development and improvement of credit processes and decision-making standards.
  • Share knowledge and support team development.

Requirements

  • Experience in credit risk assessment for business clients or in credit risk.
  • Higher education in economics.
  • Ability to assess creditworthiness and identify financial and business risks.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their quality.
  • Ability to take a holistic view of the client and the transaction.
  • Proficiency in working with data (Excel; PowerBI and other analytical tools are a plus).
  • Effective collaboration with various stakeholders and clear communication of findings.
  • Demonstrates independence, accuracy, and attention to quality and timeliness in tasks.
