About the Position

Ekspert_ka ds. Produktów i Procesów Oszczędnościowych

Form of Employment: Employment contract

Location: Katowice, ul. Chorzowska 50 or Warsaw, ul. Puławska 2 (Hybrid work, min. 2 days per work week from the office)

About the Team:

We are creating a team that shapes the savings offer for a wide base of individual customers – from concept to implementation and development. We are responsible for designing modern products that help Poles build financial security and a real financial cushion for the future.

We work dynamically, combining business, analytical, and product perspectives, and our decisions directly impact the bank's results and customers' daily financial choices. We operate in an international environment, collaborating with experts from various markets and leveraging the group's best practices.

Our ambition is to continuously develop the offer and implement solutions that meet changing customer needs, supporting them in building long-term financial stability.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the savings offer for children (end to end) including: product development and management, designing and optimizing customer processes, defining and implementing development strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance (in cooperation with the legal and risk departments)
  • You share responsibility for creating pension solutions for individual customers
  • You coordinate actions between teams (sales, marketing, IT, risk, legal) to successfully implement and develop the offer
  • You analyze customer feedback (VOC) – identify the needs of children and parents/guardians and translate them into product and process development
  • You monitor the business results of the offer and implement optimization activities
  • You conduct market analyses in the Polish and foreign markets and initiate changes that build competitive advantage
  • You prepare recommendations and materials for the management team

Requirements

  • You have at least 4-6 years of experience in creating and developing products and processes for individual customers (preferably in the financial sector)
  • You have experience in savings and/or pension products
  • You have experience in end-to-end product management (from concept to implementation and optimization)
  • You can comprehensively manage the product offer (product, process, strategy, regulations)
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
  • You have experience in cross-functional cooperation and leading cross-team initiatives
  • You can prioritize tasks and manage several projects simultaneously
  • You are results-oriented and focused on achieving business goals

Nice to Have

  • You have experience in creating or developing offers for minor or pension customers
  • You know trends in children's and youth financial education and/or pension
  • You have experience in designing digital solutions (e.g., online onboarding, mobile applications)
  • You can analyze foreign markets
  • You know English at a level that allows you to work with international materials and analyses, including conducting meetings
