About the Position

We are looking for experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team at ALTEN and develop within the automotive industry. Here, you’ll work on exciting projects, take ownership of your components, and collaborate with both customers and suppliers. Responsibilities

Initiate and lead HW or SW development for ECUs.
Develop the product in collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and customers.
Coordinate cross-functional work to ensure product quality, delivery, product cost, and smooth integration of systems.
Create, modify, and release product documentation.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the systems and propose solutions.
Secure testing and validation of the system to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
4+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English – Swedish is meritorious.
