About the Position
Electrical Power Grid & Substation Project Engineer (Germany)
Join BrainSource Network as an Electrical Power Grid & Substation Project Engineer in Germany, contributing to the historic renewable energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Project engineering and planning for medium and high voltage (10kV to 380kV) substations and grid connections.
- Primary and secondary electrical design, single-line diagrams, and protection system configuration (SIPROTEC).
- Coordination with regional distribution system operators (DSOs/TSOs), equipment vendors, and construction teams.
- Overseeing site testing, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT).
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or Electrotechnics (Inginer Energetic / Electrotehnic).
- 3+ years experience with medium/high voltage electrical infrastructure or substation engineering.
- German language proficiency (B1-B2) or fluent technical English with commitment to learn German.
- EU citizenship.
