Our work connects international defense innovators with Ukraine’s engineering talent, operational expertise, and real-world product feedback. Depending on the project, we support our partners with engineering, field operations, technical recruitment, product testing, and building local capabilities in Ukraine.
One of our international defense-tech clients - an early-stage European company developing autonomous technology for airspace security - is looking for an Electronics Engineer to own the electronic design and schematics of its sensor and interceptor systems end-to-end, from PCB architecture through to production-ready hardware.
The team is small and high-output, with strong engineering and business backgrounds, united by a mission to make modern airspace safer.

- Work to IPC Class 3 standards for high-reliability defense hardware
- Design analogue circuitry and low-noise data acquisition (DAQ) systems for acoustic and sensor applications
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, firmware, and ML engineers to integrate electronics into full systems
