Electronic Warfare (EW) Demonstrator

About the Position

We are seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Demonstrator to lead field demonstrations and testing of electronic warfare systems for clients, showcasing product capabilities in operational scenarios. Our client is a leading European defense company partnering with a Ukrainian organization to create a new high-tech industrial enterprise in Ukraine. This initiative is part of a long-term development of Ukraine's defense industry, aimed at enhancing national security, scaling production capabilities, and entering international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team during field demonstrations and testing of EW systems.
• Install, configure, deploy, and operate electronic warfare systems directly in field conditions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for international clients.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of EW products in real operational scenarios and during competitive evaluations.
• Explain the technical capabilities of the systems and their suitability for client needs.
• Support Sales, Business Development, and Pre-Sales teams during the preparation and conduct of demonstrations.
• Participate in field testing, integration, verification, and validation of products.
• Gather information about the operation of competing EW systems during evaluations and pass the results to internal teams.
• Collect feedback from clients and field teams for further product improvement.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in Engineering / Electronics / Telecommunications or related fields.
• Practical experience with EW / Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) systems, especially with jammer systems.
• Experience in installing, configuring, operating, and deploying EW equipment in the field.
• Experience working directly in field conditions and willingness to travel.
• English – fluent, for technical and client communication.

Preferred:

• Experience with drone suppression systems / EW systems for countering drones.
