About The Company

GROPYUS is a system-based solution provider for multi-story residential buildings, providing a response to the housing shortage and the climate crisis with its cool, affordable, and sustainable timber hybrid multi-family houses.

At the production site in Eppingen-Richen, the world's unique, highly automated prefabrication facility for building elements is being created. Digitally controlled processes and automated production lines with 50 robots and specially developed tools enable industrial, variant-flexible series production.

As part of the maintenance team, you ensure the functionality of the machines and systems. You inspect, maintain, and repair machines to guarantee the maximum availability of production. With your eye for detail, you make processes more efficient and identify weak points in time.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Installation of new systems
• Testing electrical equipment
• Maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems and installations
• Fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical systems
• Supervision of other trades in the electrical sector
• Support for mechanics in the electrical / electronics sector
• Electrical troubleshooting and error detection throughout the operation
• Verification and optimization of electrical systems to ensure operational safety
• Application of IT knowledge (networking, etc.)
• Machine networking (knowledge in PLC and ERP)

Requirements

Minimal Requirements

• Completed training as an Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Safe handling of technology and electrical machines and systems
• Technical understanding and interest
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Team spirit and reliability
• Careful and structured working method

Preferred Requirements

• Initial experience as an Elektroniker
• Good knowledge in PLC programming
• Good English skills
