About the Position
Werkstudent Kundentelefonie Service Im Homeoffice (M/W/D)
TDG Tele Dienste GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the Zurich Group Germany, is looking for a remote Werkstudent to join our team for customer service. This part-time position allows for flexible hours, primarily in the evenings (19:00 to 23:00) and on weekends/holidays, without disrupting your daily routine. You will support our communication professionals in the Zurich Group's customer service department.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team in a remote capacity.
- Handle customer calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with trainers and colleagues for personalized guidance.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Experience or strong interest in customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, primarily in the evenings and on weekends.
- Remote Work: Comfortable working from home with provided IT equipment.
